These photos are from a New York based Japanese Restaurant, Shiro of Japan.

Their cook did an amazing job at decorating every single plate with a unique artistic touch. The owner of the restaurant asked me to use warm colors and high depth of field. That’s why most of the images were taken at a 2.8 f stop.
